We recommend bringing appropriate clothing for the weather, and warm clothes for later as even in good weather it is noticeably cooler after dark.

The following are not permitted on site: flame torches, sky lanterns, BBQs, stoves, any naked flames, drones, balloons, sound recording equipment. Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Yes, we'll have bottled water available to purchase.
Of course, it wouldn't be Proms without some flag waving! We'll have Union Jack flags available to purchase on site (with proceeds going to Mountbatten Hospice) or feel free to bring along your own small handheld flag.
Yes, we offer VIP tickets that include access to our exclusive VIP marquee and toilets, plus comfortable seating and a welcome drink.
Feel free to dress up for the occasion! Just make sure you come prepared for the unpredictable British weather and bring some warm layers for later on.
Robin Hill will be open to the public as usual during the day (until 4pm), but will be closed during the concert.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking provided on site. No overnight parking.
Yes, there are designated disabled parking bays in the main Robin Hill car park. There will be a tractor train in operation to transport guests from the car park to concert area. This train can take up to two standard manual wheelchairs at a time in the final carriage, accessible via ramps. Please speak to the driver who will put these in place and assist with using the safety belts. Guests using wheelchairs should be accompanied by a strong carer/helper to assist with loading and unloading via the ramp.
The concert will be held a fair distance from the car park, but the Robin Hill tractor train will be in operation to transport guests.
Gates will open from 5pm.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the audience seating area or VIP marquee. We politely request that you move away from the main seating area in order to smoke or vape. Please respect the venue by disposing of cigarette ends responsibly.
The concert will go ahead in inclement weather, just make sure you dress accordingly!
We would suggest that Proms '25 is suitable for children aged 12 and over, and we have teen tickets available for 12-15 year olds. All under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old.
Unfortunately furry friends are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased for Proms '25.
